DİSTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

All orders placed through Wearvexel are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Customers who place an order through our website are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

BUYER

The person who places an order through the Website and whose information is provided in the order details.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Wearvexel website.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The type, model, color, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products shall be as specified during the ordering process.

The Buyer agrees to pay the order amount using the selected payment method at the time of purchase.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Products shall be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days, depending on stock availability.

Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery shall be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure events beyond its control.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

* Not have been used,
* Not have been washed,
* Be in resalable condition,
* Include its original packaging and tags.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

* Products customized or personalized for the Buyer,
* Used products,
* Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
* Products with removed, damaged, or missing tags.

7. REFUND POLICY

Returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt by the Seller.

If the return is approved, the refund shall be processed through the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

The Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal information provided by the Buyer shall only be used for processing and fulfilling the order.

Personal data shall be protected and processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order through Wearvexel.com, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
